Snail's Postcard Post

Tangled Up in Blue

Do you feel like this?IMG_7178IMG_7179IMG_7180Several friends and family members are feeling rather blue lately. This always seems to happen this time of year, so for everyone going through a blue period, I thought I’d pull a Picasso and offer a nice big mix of postcards to look at, all dominantly blue!IMG_7181

Unfortunately, this groovy Los Angeles boutique closed a few years ago. Uncle Jer’s always sent the most fun postcards.
IMG_7182IMG_7183IMG_7184IMG_7185IMG_7186Established in 1993 on Fairfax Ave. in Hollywood, this   caloric intake station boasted “cosmic pizza.” I’m bummed I didn’t get to experience Nova Express Cafe before it closed its mind-controlled doors in 2008. IMG_7187IMG_7189IMG_7190IMG_7191IMG_7192IMG_7193IMG_7194IMG_7195IMG_7196
