Jimi Henrix burning his guitar at the Monterey Pop Festival, 1967I’m sure to the despair of the little old ladies–Liberace’s original fans– who ran the place, The Liberace Museum in Las Vegas closed in 2010. Some are mathematicians,
Some are carpenters’ wives.
Don’t know how they all got started,
Don’t know what they’re doing with their lives.

We just saw it from a different point
Tangled up in blue.
(These stanzas have been on my mind lately.)
